I arrived at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday evening at the NC4UC club’s amateur radio Field Day location in Wesley Chapel, North Carolina, and took pictures until I realized the LEDs were creating four horizontal red bands on my files. I had to delete them and found that at 1/200, 1/60, and below the bands disappeared.
At 8:30 p.m. I worked eleven stations among pile-ups all across 40m (7 MHz) until 4 a.m. on Sunday. Then looked up at the five planets lining up across the sky in a straight line for a few minutes before going to sleep in my car until 9 a.m. After some of us went to church and rest of us chatted with each other, we all ate lunch together that the wives brought. We broke camp at 2 p.m.

Here’s a selection of pictures from those two days.
