Without a goal in mind from October until December 2018 I started losing weight. Partially attributed to grief and sickness it started to drop and I figured out that it wasn’t so much about eating less or exercising more although those two are key factors. It was staying hungry after eating lunch and supper without much exercise that moved the weight down the scales by two-tenths every 2-3 nights. Now if I add a walk each day to this I will lose more. Inversely similar to learning classical guitar with a slight increase before a drastic drop shown as downwards steps, the weight loss would plateau, pitch up then drop vertically before plateauing for another few days. It takes personal patience to lose weight with a positive approach. Between October and December 2018, I lost 30 pounds.
