Being a good writer is not the purist’s way to writing well. Clean, filtered water is pleasing to one’s taste and health, like texts written well do smoothly flow through your eyes into your thoughts. Most know how to write or type out their thoughts for others to read. Some take the time to use the spellchecker or thumb through the dusty dictionary. Few know how to polish their words and grammar such that it is pleasurable to all senses.
